PREGNANT MOMS & BABIES

Nurse Family Partnership

We match first-time pregnant moms less than 28 weeks with a personal nurse to support healthy moms & babies

Healthy Families Delaware

Our support specialists help pregnant moms 28 wks+ or who have other children have a healthy pregnancy & birth.

FAMILIES SEEKING CHILDCARE

Access Care

Our search and referral program can help you find childcare and choose the right program for your family's needs.

Just In Time Care

We work with employers nationwide to provide back-up dependent care coverage.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Early Head Start

We offer center-based and home-based education for children birth to three years old.

Head Start PreK Programs

We offer classroom based preschool programs for children 3 to 5 years in Kent & Sussex counties. 

FAMILY & CHILD SUPPORTS

Nurturing Parenting

We teach positive parenting skills in a group setting for families with children birth to preschool age.

Strengthening Families

We help families with children 5 to 18 years communicate and problem solve together in a group setting.

Functional Family Therapy

We help children birth to 18 years struggling with behavioral problems to reduce family conflict.

 

Family Assessment & Intervention Resources

We help keep families reported for abuse & neglect together and children out of foster care.

FOSTER CARE & ADOPTION

Foster Care

We connect safe, stable, nurturing caregivers to children birth to 17 years in need of foster care.

 

Adoption

We help families seeking to grow in love and size choose the lifetime commitment to adoption.

Post-Adoption Therapy Services

We provide specialized counseling for birth parents, families who have adopted, and adoptees of any age.

Seaford House

Our therapeutic group home for foster youth ages 12 to 17 helps them grow and thrive. 

KIDS & TEENS IN SCHOOL

Community Schools

We build partnerships to make schools the center of Red Clay, Christina, and Colonial school district communities.

School-Based Therapeutic Programs

We provide school-based interventions for school students exposed to trauma and stress. 

 

Behavioral Health Consultant Program

We offer school-based mental health counseling for middle school students struggling with challenges.

SEXUAL HEALTH & EDUCATION

Adolescent Resource Center

We provide clinic-based reproductive health care & counseling for teens age 12 to 20 years in New Castle County

 

Puberty Education

Our educators teach puberty & sexual health education for 5th through 12th grade

COMMUNITY SUPPORTS

Seaford Community of Hope

We establish Family Resource Centers in historically underserved and marginalized communities.

Brain Science Training Institute

We offer trainings & workshops for the public on trauma, brain science, and its impact on our communities.

CHILD CARE PROVIDER RESOURCES

Child Care Food Program

We reimburse licensed child care providers who serve nutritionally balanced meals to children in their care.

Child Care Scholarship Program

We administer a scholarship program focused on increasing the education of the early childhood workforce.
