Foster Children's Enrichment Fund

Make a Donation

The Foster Children’s Enrichment Fund was developed by Marissa Washburn, a former foster youth in our program. This fund provides foster children in residential and in-home care with financial assistance to allow them to participate in approved extracurricular activities such as art, music, and sports programs, as well as summer camps. Often children in foster care do not have opportunities to experience these types of special programs and fun activities outside of school. The goal of this fund is to give these children a chance to pursue their individual interests, get positively involved in their community and ultimately to enhance their self-esteem.
