What is Bounce Back?

Bounce Back is a school-based intervention for elementary school children exposed to stressful and traumatic events.

Bounce Back is delivered through group sessions, individual sessions, and parent sessions.

What type of content does Bounce Back include?

Aimed at reducing children's stress or anxiety, Bounce Back content includes:

  • coping skills

  • feelings identification

  • relaxation

  • positive activities

  • social support 

  • problem solving
