Welfare to Work
The Rise Up Welfare to Work Program provides counseling, training and support to ensure job success for residents of Kent and Sussex Counties who are referred by the Department of Labor or the Department of Health and Social Services. Staff work with individuals moving from welfare to work to help them find employment and gain the necessary skills to retain their job and be self-sufficient.
