Account Executive
Recruit corporate clients to link working parents and other employees with services to help balance their work and life responsibilities. The position works closely with the program manager and other department and management staff. Required to network with prospective clients in professional and business organizations and associations, make calls, develop proposals, and conduct sales presentations to prospects. Local and nation-wide travel required. Bachelors degree and successful experience in business to business direct sales and account management, preferably in the field of employee benefits and services. Demonstrated oral, written, and organizational skills, req. Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiating skills with high level of tact and diplomacy, required.
Part-time (15-20 hrs/week) hourly wage, plus commission. No benefits. Based in Wilmington, with local and state-wide travel.
Database Administrator
Implement, administer internal databases and support information technology. Requires reviewing, analyzing and modifying program database systems and applications; including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of Access and SQL databases. Provide desktop and network troubleshooting. Also responsible for maintaining commercial database related application (Evolv, MS Dynamics GP), with the primary focus of building, deploying and maintaining MS SQL, Access database. Maintain SQL Server including version upgrades and general maintenance. Support various programs/departments with programming or database needs. Maintain, continue to develop, and upgrade agency website and intranet. Must have the ability to program new applications, and provide support for website and intranet. Bachelor’s degree with experience in related field, require. Full Time with benefits. Based in Georgetown, with some statewide travel required.
Childcare Specialist
Provide child care to infants-pre-teens during parent education programs held in NCC, Kent & Sussex Co. Plan and lead age appropriate activities and participate or instruct children in games. Knowledge of child development and experience working with children, required. HS/GED and experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. Early childhood education student or degree, preferred. PT, Hourly (5-10 hrs/wk) afternoon & evenings in Wilmington, Dover and Georgetown.
House Counselor I/Relief Counselor (multiple)
Seaford House, our residential treatment center is in need of House Counselors.
The positions require a H.S. diploma or GED. Previous experience in an RTC setting is a plus. Drug testing and criminal background checks are required. The RTC is a 24/7 operation so availability to work weekends and nights is also a requirement.

Bachelor degree in child development or early childhood, plus exp administering environment rating scales, pref. Travel required, primarily based within New Castle Co, w/ some travel in Kent Co; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, req. PT, possible benefits determined by work hours.
