Children & Families First, a long-time leader among human service agencies in Delaware, strengthens families through adoption, foster care, counseling, teen services, parenting education and support programs, welfare to work services, programs that support older adults, reduce infant mortality,and increase child care quality and availability.

Our Mission

To strengthen families; to help them manage their work and personal life responsibilities by providing social, educational and mental health services; and to enhance the supply and quality of care and education for children and elders.
