BRIAN
(post date: October 1, 2008)
Brian is a healthy nine year old, African American male. He has black hair, large brown eyes, and a bright smile. Brian became legally free on August 22, 2008 when Termination of Parental Rights was granted. Brian is an attractive and intelligent child who is very sensitive to the moods of the adults around him. He is extremely aware of his surroundings and has a keen sense of direction when traveling by car. Brian likes the attention of adults especially adults who bring him toys. He will even directly ask adults to buy him toys, and he is very appreciative when he does receive them. Brian can appear sad, distant, and moody at times, but will perk up if you engage him in games or bike riding. Brian likes to try to be in charge and will show great concern for the safety and well-being of the people he cares about. Brian could grow in a family that would help him feel like he was wanted, loved, and cherished. He would most likely benefit from a family where he could be the youngest child and have older siblings who would serve as role models. He needs to be in a family where he would not have to feel like he had to protect or take care of someone else.
