Child Care Referral Services The search for quality child care can be challenging stressful and time-consuming. AccessCare is our free child care referral service. AccessCare will match your needs with appropriate providers, saving you time and giving you peace of mind.

AccessCare helps you find family child care homes, child care centers, preschools, school-age programs, and summer camps. We are the most comprehensive and current source of information on child care providers in our coverage area. Up to 70% of all child care in our region is provided in private homes. Most of these providers do not advertise, but many are listed in our database. We update provider information regularly.

You can receive referrals one of two ways:

Online: Conduct a real-time search of our database and instantly receive Delaware referrals!
Phone - Call 800-734-2388. You can receive lists of legally operating child care providers in Delaware.

If you are looking for child care outside of Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, or Maryland’s Eastern Shore, you can search for the child care resource and referral organization serving your area.

Participating businesses are eligible for enhanced services through our corporate services programs. If you are not sure if your company offers our enhanced services, contact us.
